Before filling out the vendor form, please review the information below:

• This is an outdoor event on a dirt field.
• There is no electric provided generators are allowed.
• Camping is permitted in designated area one campsite per space rented.
• All vendors are responsible for their trash. there will be dumpsters on site to dispose of waste.
• Hours of operation are: Friday 8am until sundown, Saturday 8am until after fireworks at sundown and Sunday 8am until sundown.
• No vehicles are allowed on midway after opening.
• Ice will be available on site
• This event is rain or shine. There are no refunds if accepted.

In an effort to provide the greatest variety of goods and services, duplicate vendors of the same category will be refunded. If two vendors register to sell hamburgers, the second vendor to register will be refunded.
