The World Championship Punkin Chunkin Association supports the mission of the below organizations by contributing to the funding that keeps them going strong. A share of the proceeds from our annual Punkin Chunkin event in November is earmarked for charitable giving. Autism Foundation

Autism Delaware will ensure that all people with autism have opportunities to learn, grow and live full lives as included and valued members of their communities.

Bless Our Children

The Draper Holdings Charitable Foundation, Inc., distributes funds to other non-profit organizations on the Delmarva Peninsula through WBOC’S Bless Our Children campaign.

For more than 100 years the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department has served its community, responding to fire and medical emergencies.

Childhelp® exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children. They focus their efforts on advocacy, prevention, treatment, and community outreach.

Delaware Guidance Services for Children & Youth, Inc.

Delaware Guidance Services for Children & Youth, Inc. exists to provide quality mental health services for children, youth, and their families. We believe that all children have a right to good mental health and should have access to quality therapeutic care, regardless of their ability to pay. In keeping with our mission, we provide a continuum of mental health services to over 10,000 children, youth, and their families each year in five locations statewide (Wilmington, Newark, Dover, Lewes, Seaford).

The Right Help at the Right Time

Home of the Brave

Home of the Brave runs a 15-bed facility in Milford, DE that provides homeless veterans with shelter as they rebuild their lives. They offer a hand up, not a hand out.

Lewes Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Lewes & Rehoboth, Inc. currently serves over 90,000 meals annually to homebound participants due to the dedication of more than 125 volunteers.

St. Baldrick’s Foundation

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.

St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.
