Rules:

• Vendors will be required to carry insurance and name WCPCA and The Village of Rantoul, IL as additionally insured on the policy for the event.
• Vendors will be required to be onsite Saturday and Sunday. Vendors can start breaking-down and pack up on Sunday at 4 pm. All vendors will open no later than 9 am. You may open earlier if you would like. *more details will be provided upon acceptance.
• There is one vendor per spot and there is no sub-leasing a spot.
• Vehicles are not allowed on the midway during operating hours.
• There are no water hooks ups or electrical hookups at this event. Plan accordingly. Water will be available via a truck.
• This event is a "rain or shine", there will be no refunds because of inclement weather.
